Frank Lloyd Wright was an epic douche bag and I still like his architectural designs. It depends. If they stole/traced the art, it is ruined. If they're just a douche, it's not always ruined. Then again it depends. We tend to look at the art of people we get along with in a more positive light. We might start seeing more errors and issues in their art when they're a douche. It can definitely lose appeal if it's produced by a jerk.

I gotta say there was this one artist that had crazy cool anthro art so I watched her and she bitched so much in her journals about her friends copying her style that I had to un-watch her because she was such a BITCH. xD

Zeriara is a douche, yet I enjoy a little bit of her work. lol
But I do think that her work has steadily lost quality.

I guess it depends on the artist, but by and large, if the artist turns out to be disagreeable, I stop following the art, lol.

Conversely, there have been artists' whose art I've hated, then it turns out the artist is this cute loveable awesome person, and suddenly the art takes on a whole new charm. XD
